Notice of Intention to Leave
All tenants must complete the Form 13 Notice of Intention to Leave should the tenant(s) wish to vacate the premises. A letter, e-mail or verbal correspondence cannot be accepted. Please note, there are scheduled time frames applicable with this form. For more information follow the below RTA link or contact our Property Management Dept.
If tenants choose to end their fixed term agreement early an appointment must be scheduled with our agency.
